James Asmussen

Prior to this role, James held the position of Attorney/Partner at Shefsky & Froelich from August 1992 to June 2010, specializing in corporate and securities law. Earlier in career, James worked as an Associate at Sidley Austin from August 1989 to July 1992. James began the professional journey as an Auditor at Price Waterhouse from June 1985 to July 1986 after earning a BS in Accounting from Villanova University and a JD from the University of Illinois College of Law.
