Lucus Romero

Lucus Romero serves as the IT Director of User Experience at Polsinelli since October 2025. Previously, Lucus held the position of Chief Information Officer at Alpine Lumber from September 2022 to October 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing enterprise technology, strategy, and cybersecurity for the company's 22 locations across Colorado and New Mexico. Before that, Lucus was part of the leadership team as Regional IT Manager at Hogan Lovells from November 2003 to September 2022, managing critical IT services across the US West, Mexico, and Brazil. Lucus's earlier roles include Technical Support Supervisor and IT Coordinator at Hogan Lovells and Network Technician at Rexel. Lucus began a career in technology as a Desktop Support Technician at Corporate Express. Lucus earned a BA in Mathematics with a Computer Science emphasis from Western Colorado University from 1997 to 2001.
