Scott Fletcher

Scott Fletcher is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Polsinelli where he is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the firm’s strategic plan. In his role, he leads firm-wide financial planning, financial reporting and analytics and accounting operations.

Scott is seasoned in operational business strategy and planning, processes and performance monitoring systems in achieving the firm’s strategic goals. He leverages an extensive background in financial and operational management, having worked for more than 20 years in administrative leadership roles in manufacturing and several top 100 law firms in the nation. Scott has devoted his career to implementing strategic initiatives to improve business practices.
