Dr Patrycja Matusik

Dr. Patrycja Matusik is an experienced professional in the defense sector, currently serving as a Manager in the Department of Armament Projects at Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. since September 2021. Previously, Dr. Matusik held various managerial and expert roles within the organization, including in the Strategy and Optimization Office and the Department of Strategy and Standards. Prior to this, project coordination was managed for the International Military Forum at the National Center for Strategic Studies. Educational credentials include a Doctorate in Maritime Security, as well as Master's and Bachelor's degrees in National Security, all obtained from the Naval Academy in Gdynia.
