Andrzej Dulka

Andrzej Dulka is the President of the Board at the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunication since April 2019. Previously, Andrzej served as CEO and Head of Sales at Alcatel-Lucent, where significant achievements included managing sales expansion in major broadband public projects and receiving a national award for the Best Polish Telecom Company in 2008. Prior to this role, Andrzej held senior positions at Lucent Technologies Bell Labs and AT&T Polska, leading high-performing sales teams and significantly contributing to corporate operations. Andrzej's educational background includes an MBA from Nyenrode Business University and a Ph.D. in Robotics and Automation Engineering from Moscow State Mining University.
