Lou Ann Davis

Lou Ann Davis joined Polunsky Beitel Green, LLP in May of 2020, as Director of Document Preparation. She is responsible for overseeing the firm’s preparation and review section. Her duties draw on more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage field, enabling her to thoroughly manage and train those under her supervision. Prior to joining PBG, Ms. Davis served as the operations manager of a well-known firm. There, she was responsible for overseeing the practice's day-to-day business activities. Particularly, ensuring the accurate and timely review of closing documents, resolution of title issues, and maintaining a high degree of client interaction and satisfaction. In addition to developing best practices and implementing comprehensive written procedures, she is experienced in developing software to improve legal document preparation and invoice accounting. Ms. Davis began her career in the title industry preparing loan documents for residential mortgage closings. She attended Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas.
