Stacey Maisano is a Business Relations Executive, who joined Polunsky Beitel Green, LLP’s Houston office in July 2018. She and other firm professionals are responsible for expanding the firm’s business portfolio and providing exemplary customer service to existing clients. Ms. Maisano is widely known and highly respected in the lending industry, providing over 25 years of experience in virtually all aspects of residential mortgage originations. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a residential mortgage closer, underwriter, loan officer, escrow officer, and title company closer. Ms. Maisano’s prior executive positions include serving as a lending regional sales manager, vice president of mortgage production, and lending managing director. Her many years of experience provide Ms. Maisano with a keen understanding of how to best address the sophisticated issues that regularly confront residential mortgage lenders. She is an active member of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association (2019 Annual Convention Committee), Houston Mortgage Bankers Association, Dallas Mortgage Bankers Association, Austin Mortgage Bankers Association, and the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women. Ms. Maisano regularly attends industry seminars, conferences, professional meetings, and conventions throughout the country.
