Melanie Davison

Melanie Davison serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Polus Capital Management, an investment management firm that specializes in alternative credit strategies. Since joining in September 2021, Melanie has played a pivotal role in the organization, which was established in 2022 through the merger of Cairn Capital and Bybrook Capital. Polus focuses on investing across the capital structure and liquidity spectrum, with emphasis on Leveraged Credit, Special Situations, and Structured Credit strategies. Prior to her role at Polus, Melanie held the position of COO at Bybrook Capital LLP.
