Jason Chesser

Jason Chesser, MBA, is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and educational recruiting. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for both the Pol-Tex and Poly West Divisions at Poly-America, LP since January 2015, Jason manages HR operations for a manufacturing facility of 550 employees, focusing on recruitment, advertising, and new hire orientation. Prior to this role, Jason worked in various educational institutions, including The College of Health Care Professions, Kaplan University, and the University of Phoenix, where responsibilities included admissions recruiting and student enrollment. Additionally, Jason has experience in business development through roles at ClassicCars.com and Sotheby's International Realty. Jason holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from New Mexico State University.
