Ken Shear

Ken Shear has over 28 years of work experience in sales and engineering. Ken currently serves as the Director of Sales at Poly Vinyl Co. since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Sales Engineer at Johnson Controls from April 2019 to June 2021. Ken also held the role of Senior Sales Engineer at Victaulic from November 2010 to April 2019. Before that, they worked as a Senior Sales Engineer at Kohler Co. from October 2003 to November 2010. Ken began their career at Johnson Controls Automotive, where they worked in engineering and program management for a decade, from 1993 to 2003.

Ken Shear completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, between 1989 and 1993. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Engineering Management at Western Michigan University, from 1996 to 1999.
