Aris Relias

Aris Relias is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at POLYWOOD® since April 2022, Aris previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Dometic from December 2020 to May 2022 and worked as a Recruiter at ARG/Five Star Staffing. Prior roles include Professional Recruiter at TalentSource Staffing, Chief Operating Officer at Royal Sourcing LLC, and Director of Patient Experience at The South Bend Clinic. At The South Bend Clinic, Aris led numerous initiatives aimed at enhancing client and employee satisfaction, developing training programs, and facilitating cross-functional team collaboration.
