Pei-Hao (Eddy) Su

Eddy Su has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and entrepreneurship. Pei-Hao (Eddy) is the co-founder of PolyAI, a company that provides conversational AI for automated customer service. At PolyAI, Eddy works with enterprise clients to cut costs and improve consumer satisfaction. Prior to co-founding PolyAI, they were an entrepreneur in residence at Entrepreneur First, where they gained valuable experience in the startup ecosystem. Eddy also worked as a research intern at Facebook, where they conducted research in their field. Additionally, they held a software engineer internship position at Trend Micro, where they designed automatic stress testing on business cloud storage and received recognition as the Best Intern.

Pei-Hao (Eddy) Su pursued their education in a progressive manner, starting with their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011. Pei-Hao (Eddy) then continued to pursue their Master of Science degree in Communication Engineering from the same institution, completing it from 2011 to 2013. Afterward, Su went to the University of Cambridge and acquired a PhD in Information Engineering, which they accomplished from 2014 to 2017.
