Bhushan V Salunkhe is an accomplished supply chain and logistics professional with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager for Supply Chain & Logistics at Polycab since July 2015, Bhushan has successfully led EXIM automation initiatives and significantly reduced inventory days from 55 to 28 utilizing the TOC model. Prior roles include Customer Service and Supply Planning Head at Saint-Gobain, where Bhushan improved the Customer Service Index from 82% to 98%, and Head of Supply Chain at Sika, where Bhushan implemented effective 3PL strategies and achieved notable freight cost savings. Earlier, Bhushan held positions at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd., Dow Corning—where awards for Global Supply Chain Excellence and SAP leadership were received—and Goodlass Nerolac Paints Ltd. Bhushan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Production from the University of Mumbai.
