Lew Pliamm, B.Sc., M.D., CCFP., FCFP. has a strong background in the field of medicine and has held various leadership positions throughout their career. In 1994, they founded The Quit Clinic Inc. and served as the Medical Director. In 2003, they founded Polyclinic Family and Specialty Medicine, where they also served as the Medical Director. Additionally, in 2003, they joined Canadian Phase Onward as the Principal Investigator and Medical Director.
Lew Pliamm, B. Sc., M.D., CCFP., FCFP. completed a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, General at Western University in 1988. From 1988 to 1993, they pursued a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) at the University of Toronto. Following that, they attended McMaster University from 1992 to 1994 for their Family Medicine Residency. In 1994, they received Addiction Training from the American Society of Addiction Medicine. In 2004, they participated in the Pfizer Training Investigator Support Initiative (ISI).
