Jodi Heard

Jodi Heard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as Senior Manager of Organizational Development and Senior Manager of Human Resources & PCNA Culture and Communications at Polyconcept North America since June 2013. In this role, Jodi provides strategic leadership and oversight for human capital programs, fostering a transparent company culture. Prior to this, Jodi worked as a Manager of Human Resources & PCNA Communications, and held administrative and HR management roles at Trimark Sportswear, Health for All Markham Family Medicine Teaching Unit, and Accenture.
