Walt McMann has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and companies. Walt has held executive roles and positions of increasing responsibility throughout their career. Walt began their professional journey in the US Navy, serving as a Surface Warfare/Boilers Officer from 1985 to 1988. Walt then joined Georgia-Pacific LLC in 1988, where they held various roles of increasing responsibility until 1995. Following that, they worked at Mead Coated Board, Inc. as a Chemical Recovery, Pulp Mill and Wood Mill Superintendent from 1996 to 1998. Walt rejoined Georgia-Pacific LLC in 1998 and remained with the company until 2013, serving as the Vice President of Manufacturing for Dixie Paper from 2007 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Graphic Packaging Corporation as the Vice President of Manufacturing for the Flexible Packaging Division. From 2014 to 2017, they served as the Chief Operating Officer/Managing Director for Mondi Industrial Bags North America. Currently, they hold the position of EVP Operations at Polyconcept North America since September 2017.
