Hayden Mayfield has extensive experience in mining and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Quarry Operations at Polycor since October 2020. Previously, Hayden held positions as a Project Engineer at Turner Mining Group and Performance Manager at USG from March 2019 to September 2020 and January 2017 to March 2019, respectively. Earlier roles include Plant Engineer and Mine Project Engineer at BHP Billiton, a Production Planning Intern, and multiple internships at Barrick Gold Corporation and Delta Companies, Inc. Hayden holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, completed in 2016.
