Richard Castillo

Richard Castillo is an experienced music industry professional with a diverse background in A&R and management. Currently serving as a Senior at Polydor Records since May 2016, Richard also holds the position of A&R Director at Universal Music Canada and Head of A&R at Universal Music Group, both since 2014. Prior experience includes Director at 2wo 7even management and Senior A&R Manager at ROAR Global, where Richard contributed to artist development and management from 2004 to 2012. Richard holds a B-Tec National Diploma in Performing Arts from New College Nottingham, completed between 1998 and 2000, and completed secondary education at BlueCoat Secondary School Nottingham from 1993 to 1998.
