Alba Piteira Banga

Alba Piteira Banga has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Alba worked at Polyganics BV as a Project Manager and later as a Senior Project Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing the development of medical devices, including the LIQOSEAL® dural sealant. Alba joined Polyganics BV in May 2016 and is currently still in this role. Prior to that, they worked at IMDS as an Engineer from April 2013 to April 2016. Alba also served as an Assistant Chemical Process Engineer at Abengoa from March 2012 to September 2012.

Alba Piteira Banga completed their Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, starting in 2005 and ending in 2011. In 2009 to 2010, they attended ENSIACET and focused on Green Chemistry, although the specific field of study is not provided. In terms of certifications, Alba obtained the IPMA D (International Project Management Association) in February 2017. In March 2016, they obtained the Green belt lean six sigma certification from Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen. Additionally, in January 2013, they took the IELTS exam and achieved a proficiency level of 8/9. Finally, in April 2018, Alba completed a Dutch course B1 > B2 at the Language Centre (University of Groningen).
