Paul Morris MBE is the Founder of Addmaster and currently serves as a Board Member at Polygiene, where they focus on combining sustainability and innovation to enhance product value. Having built Addmaster into a market leader in developing innovative additives before its acquisition by Polygiene in January 2021, Paul is passionate about mentoring and inspiring others through roles at various organizations, including as a Business Mentor at Augment This and Champion of Export with the Department for International Trade. With extensive experience across multiple companies, including Wells Plastics and Clariant Masterbatches, Paul strives to reshape consumer attitudes towards sustainability and hygiene in the marketplace.
