Kevin Shoemaker

Vice President Development at Polygon Homes Ltd.

Kevin Shoemaker has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Kevin began their career in 1984 as a Commercial/Industrial Sales/Leasing Agent at Colliers International. After six years in this role, they transitioned to working as a Project Architect at Moore Paterson Architects from 1995 to 1999. Following this, they joined Sperry and Partners as a Project Architect and later moved to C3 Architects as a Principal. In 2002, Shoemaker changed industries and became the Vice President of Development at Polygon Homes Ltd. Kevin has been in this role since then.

Kevin Shoemaker has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration from Washington State University (1984-1986). Kevin also holds a Diploma in Technology in Real Estate Studies from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (1982-1984). Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Environmental Studies degree from Dalhousie University (1991-1993) and a Masters degree in Architecture from the same university (1993-1995).
