Will MacFie

Will Macfie is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as Director of Growth Marketing at Polygon Labs since April 2024, leading initiatives to enhance brand strategy and growth in the Web3 sector. Previously, Will held the role of Head of Social Marketing at Input Output (IOHK), where a full relaunch of digital channels was executed to establish brand identity and community growth. Will's experience includes serving as Head of Ecosystem Marketing at Matter Labs, where marketing efforts contributed to positioning the company as a leader in blockchain technology, as well as significant roles at Accenture and Wirex, including launching a new supply chain vertical and managing a successful crowdfunding campaign, respectively. Early career experiences at EE involved progressively advanced marketing roles, alongside a brief position at Pearlfinders as a Business Development Executive and a marketing internship at D&AD. Will holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from the University of Buckingham.
