Damien Comandon

Born in 1968, Damien Comandon is a French business executive who has been the Country President of Polygon Group's France division since September 2021.

Damien began their career in 2008 as a Region Director for Schindler. In 2012 they became the COO of ISS Facility Services A/S's Hygiene and Prevention division in the Paris area. In January 2014 they were appointed CEO of HYGECO.

In January 2020 they joined Récréa as Deputy General Manager. Damien was responsible for managing the company's 340 employees in 5 countries, as well as developing sales internationally (96 countries covered), piloting digitalization projects, representing the company to institutions, and organizing the spin-off under LBO.

Damien joined Polygon Group in September 2021 as Country President of France.

Damien Comandon has a degree in Chemistry from ITECH LYON, and an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from HEC Paris. Damien also has a Master's degree in Management from emlyon business school.

Damien Comandon reports to Axel Gränitz, President & CEO. They are on a team with Stephan Huber - Country President, Luxembourg, Christian Kohl - COO, and Peter Brumby - Country President, UK & Ireland.
