Tianyuan Pan obtained a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where their research focused on theoretical and computational models for polymers. They worked as a Graduate Research Assistant in Prof. Charles E. Sing's group, concentrating on bottlebrush polymers and large-scale simulations. Currently, Tianyuan is employed as a Senior Research and Development Engineer at Polymaker in Shanghai, where they develop polymeric materials for 3D printing applications.
