Yuri Gorbunov

Yuri is based in the Netherlands and joined Polymateria in July 2019. Yuri brings over 15 years of commercial and management experience from across the globe. Having obtained university degrees in languages and international management Yuri has worked in eight different countries on four different continents, he currently manages the network of regional distributors and direct customers throughout EMEA and Latin America.

Before joining Polymateria, he was developing and managing sales strategies for dedicated regions, providing leadership and coaching to regional sales teams at ColorMatrix Europe Ltd. As a recognition for continuous sales growth contribution, he was honoured to represent the company at the Reception given at Buckingham Palace by the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh for the Winners of the Queen's Award for Enterprise. Yuri is a keen adventurer, who summitted Elbrus and Kilimanjaro, a freelance Survival Instructor at Bear Grylls Survival Academy, a holder of Private Pilot Licence and a martial artist.
