Troy Gibb is a highly skilled robotics engineer with extensive experience in software engineering, particularly in the autonomous vehicle sector. Currently serving as a Staff Robotics Engineer at Polymath Robotics since January 2024, Troy previously held the position of Staff Software Engineer at Cruise from July 2018 to January 2024, where significant contributions included leading the development of a validation framework for autonomous vehicles and creating various software tools such as SimRex and Webviz IDE. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at Tesla focused on web applications for energy products, and earlier positions as a Trademark Paralegal and a teacher in Nepal. Troy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from The George Washington University and completed advanced training at Hack Reactor.
