Elena Novikova

Elena Novikova possesses extensive experience in leadership and management within the audiovisual industry, serving as the Owner and CEO of Visiology since January 2015 and as Owner and CEO of Polymedia since 1998. Previously, Elena held the position of Head of Sales Department at the Institute of New Technologies from January 1993 to June 1998, eventually rising to the CEO role. Elena's educational background includes a Master's degree in Management Analytics from the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO and a PhD in Polymer Chemistry from the Institute of Fine Chemical Technology, alongside further studies in International Business at SKOLKOVO.
