Nicolás Pernas Maradei

Nicolás Pernas Maradei is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various technical roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Technical Staff at Polymer Labs since July 2022, Nicolás previously held positions at Twilio as Staff Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer from August 2019 to July 2022, and at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as Kernel/Hypervisor Engineer from March 2017 to August 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Software Engineer at Emutex, where Nicolás contributed to projects within embedded software, IoT, Linux Kernel development, and high-performance packet processing applications from March 2012 to February 2017, and as Software Developer at Novasoft, focusing on scalable e-government solutions from February 2010 to March 2012. Nicolás holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Universidad de La Laguna, earned between 2006 and 2011.
