Francis O’brien

Francis O'Brien is currently the Head of Developer Relations at Polymesh since July 2022. Prior to this role, Francis worked at Cameron, a Schlumberger company, from January 2005 to June 2022. At Cameron, Francis held various positions including Engineering Supervisor for the Subsea Chemical Injection Metering Valves (CIMV) group, Lead Engineer for CIMV's, Subsea Product Design Engineer for CIMV's and Choke Valves, and Product Design Engineer for various valve actuators. Before their time at Cameron, Francis worked as a Senior Beach Lifeguard at Cork County Council from June 2000 to September 2004 while studying for their BEng in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering at Munster Technological University.
