Bobbie. Koanui

Bobbie Koanui has extensive experience in customer service and operations, currently serving as a Pier Supervisor/Dispatcher/Reservationist at Polynesian Adventure Tours Gray Line Hawaii since May 2006. In this role, Bobbie ensures guests are directed to the appropriate buses for their tours and addresses any issues that arise effectively. Previously, Bobbie worked as a Pier Supervisor at Polynesian Adventure Tours from May 2006 to August 2011, where responsibilities included managing payroll time cards and ensuring accurate clocking in with job codes. Early in the career, Bobbie gained foundational experience as a waitress at Azubu from February 1990 to August 1999, contributing to customer service before the hotel was sold. Bobbie received a high school education from Fallbrook Union High in Fallbrook, CA, from 1965 to 1968.
