Jan Gielen

Jan Gielen is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the CFO and Company Secretary at PolyNovo Limited since December 2018. Prior to this role, Jan held various leadership positions including CFO at Cardioscan Pty Ltd, where responsibilities included oversight of Australia’s largest outsourced cardiovascular monitoring service provider. Jan's experience also encompasses roles such as Financial Controller at Restore, Finance Director and Financial Controller at ICIX, Finance Manager at Sportsco, Business Services & Audit Supervisor at Lawler Draper Dillon, and Accountant & Auditor at Pitcher Partners. Jan is also the founder of Gourmet the Fast Way, a cafe business in Melbourne. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Monash University and membership with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
