With experience in various human resources roles at Candidate Connect and Polyoak Packaging, Monique currently holds the position of Human Resources Manager at Polyoak Packaging. Prior to this, Monique worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Candidate Connect and as a Human Resources Assistant at Cape Peninsula University of Technology, where Monique focused on recruitment, training, and development.
