Rickus Lubbe

Rickus Lubbe is an experienced operations and project manager with a robust background in the manufacturing sector. Rickus has held key positions at Polyoak Packaging as Operations Manager and at Nestlé, where roles included Plant Manager, Manufacturing Excellence Business Partner, and TPM Market Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager at AIDC and Senior Process Engineer at Autotube Manufacturing, as well as Industrial Engineer at Kromberg & Schubert. Rickus holds a Master's degree in Technology & Innovation Management and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) in Technology Management, both obtained from the University of Pretoria.
