Olivier Mayot is a seasoned procurement and financial management professional with extensive experience in leading procurement teams and managing financial activities across various companies. Currently serving as Procurement Manager at PolyPeptide Group since January 2017, Olivier oversees direct and indirect purchasing alongside back-office operations. Previously, Olivier held multiple roles involving financial management at Lonza S.A. and UCB, where responsibilities included cost center management, product costing, and ERP implementation.
