Cdr Hari K Lal

Cdr Hari K Lal, PMP® has extensive work experience, starting with their role as Chief - IT & SCM at Polyplastics Industries India Pvt Ltd since February 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Information Officer for LNJ Bhilwara Group from May 2017 to January 2019, and for Vardhman Textiles from May 2014 to April 2017. Cdr Hari K also held the position of Chief Information Officer at Trident Group India from May 2010 to April 2014. Cdr Hari K Lal, PMP® started their career as the Head of IT at TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd from June 2005 to May 2010. Before joining TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd, they worked as the Head - Pre-sales at ICICI Infotech Ltd. - US from August 2002 to March 2005. Cdr Hari K began their professional journey in the Indian Navy in 1980, initially serving as a Marine Engineer from 1980 to 1985. Cdr Hari K later held various IT roles in the Indian Navy from April 1987 to July 2001, including Asst Director IT to Regional CIO West.

Cdr Hari K Lal, PMP® has a diverse education history. Cdr Hari K completed their B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra in the period 1975-1980. Cdr Hari K then pursued an M.Tech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from 1985-1987. Cdr Hari K later obtained an MBA in Marketing Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) during the years 1995-1998.

In terms of additional certifications, Cdr Hari K Lal, PMP® recently completed the "Digital Transformation Strategy Masterclass" offered by CertifyMe, which was conducted by Dr. Ram Charan in 2021. Furthermore, they participated in the CIO Leadership Course at Gartner Inc. US, located in Singapore, prior to 2015.
