Monica Filyaw

Monica Filyaw has worked in various roles in the Quality, Safety, and Regulatory Affairs field since 2014. Monica has held the role of Director - Quality, Safety, and Regulatory Affairs at both PolyQuest, Inc. and PQ Recycling, LLC since 2014. Prior to that, they worked at Dupont Teijin Films from 1998 to 2014 in various roles including Americas Product Steward & Regulatory Affairs Manager, Quality & ISO Supervisor, Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Blackbelt, and Senior Engineer. From 1994 to 1998, they worked at ICI Americas in roles such as Project Agenda, Global Communications Manager, Commerical Analyst, and Corporate Programmer.

Monica Filyaw received their Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania between 1990 and 1994. Monica then attended Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General between 2001 and 2003. Prior to that, they attended Centerville High School between 1986 and 1990.
