Brain Konasara Balaka

Brain Konasara Balaka is the Director of Research and Product Development and Director of Technology at Polyrific since March 2022. Prior to these roles, Brain held positions as Director of Products, Manager of Operations, and Senior Developer at Polyrific from January 2018 to January 2022. Before joining Polyrific, Brain worked at Mitrais from October 2011 to January 2018 as an Analyst Programmer. Brain holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Informatics from Telkom Institute of Technology. Brain is skilled in managing small teams, eliciting requirements, designing application frameworks, application development, complex programming, code reviews, and tests.
