Suellen Galish

Suellen Galish is an attorney and compliance officer with over twenty years of experience in the financial industry. Suellen currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at PolySign, a blockchain and virtual currency company. Prior to joining PolySign, Suellen served as the Chief Compliance Officer at Tassat Group LLC, where they provided legal and strategic advice to senior management on the creation and operation of a spot virtual currency exchange. Suellen also drafted and submitted BitLicense and Money Transmitter License applications in New York and managed the filing of Money Transmitter License applications in various states nationwide.

Suellen began their career as an attorney at Hildebrandt Baker Robbins, where they worked for two years before moving to New York Mercantile Exchange, where they served as Vice President & Counsel for thirteen years. In 2016, they left NYMEX to join CBOE SEF as Chief Compliance Officer and Counsel. Suellen left CBOE SEF after only one year to join PolySign as Chief Compliance Officer.

Suellen Galish has a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory from Mount Holyoke College and a Juris Doctor from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
