Charles Friesen

Charles Friesen is a research engineer at polySpectra. Charles began their career as an intern at the company in 2017, where they worked on characterizing the properties of 3D printers and conducting tests on new resin formulations. In 2018, they led a project to develop new composite polymer resins to improve mechanical properties of the polySpectra resins. Charles has presented their findings to the team in weekly reports and presentations, and has delivered a final presentation at the end of each internship.

Charles Friesen has a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Charles also went to Dover Sherborn High School.
