Marianne Lépinoit, CPA has extensive work experience in various financial roles. Marianne started their career as a Junior Accountant at Laundau Morley Chartered Accountants in 1996. In 1997, they joined EY as a Senior Staff Accountant and worked there until 2002. From 2002 to 2007, they served as a Corporate Controller at Pollock NationaLease. In 2008, they became the Chief Financial Officer of BCA Research and held that position until 2014. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer of Polystyvert, an environmental start-up where they have raised significant funding, implemented financial reporting, and negotiated agreements with multinational companies. Throughout their career, Marianne has demonstrated their expertise in financial management and has contributed to the success of the organizations they have worked for.

Marianne Lépinoit, CPA has a diverse education history. Marianne began their education in 1991 at ICS Bégé, école de finance, gestion et expertise comptable, where they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance. In the same year, they also attained a Baccalauréat in Mathematics.

In 1996, Marianne earned their D.E.C.F (Diplôme d’ Études Comptables et Financières) from D.E.C.F. in Paris, France, further specializing in Accounting and Finance.

Later on, in 2015-2016, they obtained a Sustainable Investment Professional Certification (SIPC) from Concordia University, focusing on Sustainability Studies.

In addition to their academic achievements, Marianne has pursued various certifications to enhance their professional expertise. Marianne obtained the CPA, CA Ontario certification from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario in February 2002. Subsequently, they received the CPA Québec certification from the Ordre des CPA du Québec in January 2008.

Recently, Marianne has earned two additional certifications. In August 2021, they completed the "Ethics for the CFO" program offered by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada). Additionally, in March 2022, they completed the Level 1 Innovation Governance Program offered by the Innovation Governance Program.

Marianne Lépinoit, CPA has continuously pursued educational opportunities to expand their knowledge and expertise in the fields of accounting, finance, sustainability, and professional ethics.
