Chris Kaplan has over 19 years of experience in the actuarial field, currently serving as Manager of Actuarial Services at PolySystems, Inc. since June 2014, where responsibilities include consulting within the Actuarial Consulting & Implementation Team in Greenville, SC. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. Actuarial Analyst at Athene Annuity & Life Assurance Company, focusing on statutory, tax, and GAAP valuation processes, and model coding improvements between August 2012 and June 2014. Additionally, Chris Kaplan held positions at IBM as an Actuary and Lead Analyst from April 2004 to August 2012, and briefly as a Financial Advisor at American Express Financial Advisors. A B.S. in Finance was attained from Clemson University, graduating in 2003.
