Susanne Jansen

Susanne Jansen has extensive experience in Human Resources and leadership roles. Susanne is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Polytech since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of People & Development at USTC from May 2021 to December 2022. Susanne also founded and partnered with Business Greenhouse, a consultancy firm, from January 2018 to May 2021. Previously, they held senior HR positions at Nordic Aviation Capital A/S, Nilfisk A/S, and Vestas Control Systems A/S. Susanne has also worked at Telenor, Invensys Plc, Invensys APV, and APV, where they held various HR and leadership roles.

Susanne Jansen has a Master's degree in Systemic Leadership and Organisation Studies from the University of Bedfordshire, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Susanne also has a Master's degree in Law from Aarhus University, which they completed from 1986 to 1992. Furthermore, Susanne has received a certification in AS3's Transition Coaching Programme at the Practitioner level from AS3 Companies, which was awarded the EQA by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) in 2019. Additionally, they have undergone board governance training for small and medium-sized companies at CBS Executive Fonden starting in 2017.
