Kara Gilligan Ramirez

Kara Gilligan Ramirez has been serving as the Assistant Director of Admission and Teacher Intern Coordinator at Polytechnic School since August 2007. In their role, Kara has been responsible for organizing admission events, managing student ambassador programs, revising admission committee processes, and collaborating with various school departments. Additionally, Ramirez has led service trips, taught human development classes, and served as a classroom teacher for fourth and fifth grade. Kara has also coordinated the Hixon Intern Program since 2013. Ramirez previously worked as a sixth-grade teacher at Devotion School from June 2004 to June 2006. Kara holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Lesley University.
