Vaiva Vaitiekunaite is a seasoned professional with a robust background in operations, finance, and strategic transformation. Currently serving as a Transformation Consultant at Polyteck Group since January 2025, Vaiva leads the development of the company's technology and transformation roadmap during a crucial operational transition. Previously, as Chief of Staff and co-founder at Oxova Limited from January 2021 to January 2025, Vaiva focused on enhancing efficiency for SMEs through strategic planning and financial management. Vaiva's career began at Hunters estate agents and BairstowEves Countrywide, eventually leading to senior roles at Robert Irving Burns, where responsibilities included overseeing finance, compliance, and integration for corporate initiatives. Vaiva is currently pursuing a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification while holding an MA in International Business Management from Middlesex University.
