Faruk Tuncer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Faruk is the Founder & CEO of Polyteia since January 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Policy Advisor for Urban & Regional Policy at CDU Deutschlands from June 2016 to November 2017. Faruk also gained experience as a Working Student at Roland Berger in 2015 and as a Project Manager at LEAD Academy gGmbH from January 2013 to June 2014. In addition, they served as an Intern at Bertelsmann in October 2012 and worked on a Study Project at BMW Motorrad Deutschland from April 2012 to October 2012. Faruk's roles have provided him with a well-rounded understanding of business and policy, contributing to their entrepreneurial success at Polyteia.

Faruk Tuncer has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Educational Sciences from Freie Universität Berlin. Faruk obtained this degree from 2009 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree in Public Policy at Hertie School from 2014 to 2016. In 2015, they also attended Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy for a brief period, where they obtained another MPP degree specializing in Public Policy.
