Michael Fauche

Michael Fauche is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic innovation and operations management. Currently serving as the Strategy and New Market Director at POMA since August 2010, Michael has developed frameworks for employee participation in innovation and identified new market opportunities. Previous roles at POMA include Operation, Maintenance and Services Director and Marketing and Services Director, where significant contributions led to revenue growth and the establishment of service subsidiaries across various countries. Additionally, Michael served as the CEO of Skadii since February 2018 and held key operational roles at POMA and EGTM prior to that. Michael holds an MBA from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a degree from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers.
