Lisa Osterholzer

Lisa Osterholzer is an experienced professional in the fashion industry, currently serving as the Area Manager for South Germany at Pomellato since March 2022. As the Founder of FRITZ the label, a sustainability-focused German fashion brand produced in Portugal, Lisa emphasizes innovative design and environmental responsibility. Previously, Lisa held several roles at Aigner from June 2017 to March 2022, including Area Manager for Europe & Duty Free International and Junior Area Manager, where responsibilities included travel retail management, product selection, budget oversight, team coordination, and close collaboration with marketing and logistics departments. Earlier experience includes roles in public relations at LOEWS and marketing and event management during an internship at Hermès, along with volunteer support for Berlin Fashion Week. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Fashion Management/Finance from Università Bocconi and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Economics from Universität Passau.
