Cynthia Castillo, LCSW, completed their Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from New York University from 2016 to 2018, specializing in Social Work. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Illinois State University, graduating in 2015.

Cynthia has also acquired additional certifications in their field. Cynthia obtained their License in Clinical Social Work from the New York State Office of Professions in February 2023, and they became a Licensed Social Worker through the NJ Social Work Board in April 2020.
