Emily Trudeau

Emily Trudeau currently holds the position of Senior Manager, HRBP at Pomelo Care since May 2024, focusing on performance management and compensation structures. Prior to this role, Emily served as Sr. Manager, Talent Strategy Business Partner at Perch from August 2021 to May 2024, where responsibilities included organizational design and global compensation. Emily began at Perch as a Talent Strategy Business Partner and previously worked as a Senior Recruiter, specializing in international and corporate recruitment. Earlier experience includes roles at Wayfair as Recruiting Team Lead and Recruiting Supervisor, as well as positions at Boston Consulting Group and EF Education First as a Human Resources Co-Op and Product Experience Specialist Co-Op, respectively. Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Northeastern University, completed in May 2018.
