Fermin Silva is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in backend development and software engineering. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Pomelo since May 2021, Fermin previously worked at Toptal as a Golang Backend Developer and at Binlogic Inc. as a Senior Software Developer. Fermin's experience includes developing REST APIs in Java at Mercadolibre.com and backend development at OLX. Additionally, Fermin has a background in quality assurance and web testing automation for the Speed & Scalability Team. Fermin also contributed to education as an IT Professor covering networks and programming. Fermin holds a degree in Informatics Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia.
